3-The pass can only be used by the student who's name is printed on the pass

4-Each day of the up to 5 consecutive days will be marked off as used

5-The valid week will be marked on the pass on the 1st day of use

6-This pass EXPIRES on the last day of Quarter 1 of the 2024-25 school year
